| When you hear someone say, bigger is better, this is what they re talking about. Golfsmith s new Attack titanium driver uses size and technology to allow the golfer to do just that attack the golf course. Attack drivers use much of the same technology that made the Hi-COR Plus driver our number selling driver for 2003, and adds a couple of new advancements for even more performance. The 15 percent increase in size pushes the Attack driver to the very edge of the legal limit for both size and C.O.R. Similar to the Hi-COR Plus, Attack drivers utilize 15-3-3-3 beta titanium for the face construction which yields a very responsive face with a low spin rate. Both the titanium driver and the steel fairway woods feature a rear tungsten stabilization weight to keep the center of gravity low and back from the face to aid in forgiveness and trajectory. Attack drivers and fairway woods both feature a slight stepped top shell design for added durability and alignment. Steel Attack fairway woods are precision investment cast from 17-4 stainless steel. |
