Once baked, a lift of the handle and your baked goods slide right off the other end. It's one of the many pieces included in Anolon's SureGrip bakware line. Constructed of carbon steel (a better heat conductor than stainless), it has a nonstick coating so there are no concerns of stuck-on messes.
