| Make your own pierogi dumplings at home with this clever cook's tool from VillaWare. Both components are needed to make pierogi - the chrome "cut and seal" plate and the plastic "form" plate. To use, simply lay a sheet of dough over the "cut and seal" plate and gently press the "form" plate on top to create the pockets. Then, fill the pockets with your favorite homemade filling (pork, onion, potatoes or rice), cover with a second sheet of dough, and press with a rolling pin. Your pierogi are ready for boiling, pan-frying or freezing for later use. Recipe and instruction booklet included. |
